Initial Meeting
Planning Phase
This is usually an in-home consultation to get to know each other better, view the space(s), and explore your style.
If you have any inspiration photos; a Pinterest Board, saved Instagram Posts, or Houzz links, we’d love to look them over with you to get a feel for what you’re looking for in each of your spaces.
Development
Documentation & Expectation
At this phase, we will develop a design plan for the project’s overall aesthetic and provide the drawing plan. We’ll schedule meetings both in person and via Zoom for the following phases.
- Exterior Design
- Appliance and Plumbing Selections
- Cabinetry Design
- Millwork Design
- Finishes
- Lighting
Once these selections have been made, we will continue with Furniture, Fabrics, and any remaining items, will be selected according to your budget and timeline.
Finalization
Procurement Phase
Once payment has been received, our procurement team will begin working diligently to place your orders, working hand in hand with our vendors to make sure all items arrive in a safe and timely fashion.
You will receive bi-weekly status updates once all orders have been placed to keep you in the loop and up to date on where your items are and their lead times.
Implementation
Design Plan Approval
After working together to finalize all selections, we will present a Design Plan for final approval.
Sometimes this process happens quickly and sometimes it can take some time; so be prepared for a little bit of back-and-forth communication between all parties.
Selections and drawings can be sent via detailed documents or your contractors preferred software.
Following this stage, we will send out final estimates and then invoices for all selections that you have approved.
The Reveal
Installation
It’s our aim to make a single furnishings delivery to your home once everything has been received at our local warehouse.
After installation, we’re here for any further questions you may have, and we will be sending out a care package for your upholstery and case goods.
The space is now yours to make it a HOME!

Our dedicated team handles the behind-the-scenes details, manages design documentation, procurement, and timelines. We coordinate with builders, contractors, and trades to make sure your project stays on track and your design is carried through with precision.
