Nestled in a luxury golf course community in Liberty, Missouri, this warm inviting model home feels like a peaceful mountain retreat. Designed with a warm, earthy palette, the home blends rustic textures and clean architectural lines to create balance and a sense of calm. Natural woods and rich stone accents ground the design, bringing texture and a timeless sense of comfort to each space.

Stepping inside, the spacious foyer immediately sets the tone with its welcoming presence and seamless connection to the main living area. Just beyond, the living room offers a cozy yet elevated space, centered around an oversized sectional and playful ottomans. Anchored by stone and wood, the fireplace provides a dramatic focal point and reflects the home’s mountain-inspired aesthetic. Meanwhile, the kitchen features a large island designed for connection, offering ample prep space and generous seating. As a result, the main level feels open, functional, and perfect for both daily living and entertaining.

Next, the primary bedroom carries through the home’s calm, earthy feel with soft textures, layered tones, and quiet sophistication. The adjoining bath continues that mood, combining clean lines with warm materials for a spa-like, modern retreat. Downstairs, the lower-level family room offers a more relaxed space ideal for movie nights, game days, or casual gatherings.
